Piano or not?

I've been thinking to myself for these few days. While the piano sonata plays on my laptop, I thought to myself if I should give up on my piano. I do have interest in it, but I don't seem to possess the skills. Friends and relatives had been telling me that it's already too late to learn piano properly at my age and sometimes it just makes me even more depressed when I see all my younger cousins playing the piano like a piece of cake. I took like how many months just to play a simple song properly. Well I had four lessons before, but I don't seem to be comfortable with that impatient teacher. Mum even bought me a piano and I don't want to let her down. She paid for my lessons too. Learning music is indeed, bloodsucking.

At times I even fantasized about myself playing as good as Jay Chou and Maksim. Seems like Fantasy and Reality don't really maintain good relationships. As I watched the videos in Youtube, deep inside me I spoke, " When can I play as well as he does? Probably forever."

Also sometimes I had the urge to learn the guitar, drum and harmonica. Music does interest me alot. My dream is to play on a stage, with lots of people admiring and listening attentively to my music. Similarly, I've received comments like "Don't dream!" and stuffs like that.
Dream? Fantasy? Reality? Someone tell me.

Am I too ambitious?
Am I too late?

I need guidance

Heehee! Happy Birthday Junxian! Well, I just prank-called him, trying to pose off as some dumbass company giving away free air tickets to Japan. He was a little bewildered I guess.

A little update on the game I'm playing on my psp. Spyro: Year of the Dragon. The Spyro series is a must try! Though designed for juveniles like me, this game kicks ass. I used to have it on my playstation(the first gen) console. But now it's so great cause I get to play it whenever and wherever I want, with my psp of course. Just give me a few more days and I'll complete it. *GRINS* ;)

I just realised that after I'd changed my blog skin, only Internet Explorer(IE) shows the whole "version" of my skin. Mozilla Firefox, on the other hand, couldn't display my posts for some strange reasons. I'm not gonna change back to the original one(which kinda sucks). I assumed that all Windows users have IE in their com, unless they uninstall it or something. Using mac wouldn't be a problem too. Just that so far, Mozilla will not be able to display the entries. Not that thousands(or even hundreds, maybe tenths) of people viewing this blog. I'm just posting this for friends out there who wants but can't read my entries.

NEW SKEEEN

Playing with dreamweaver was a real chore. I wanted to create my own skin. At the end of the day, I did managed to create a skin BUT I have no idea how to put it online to use it as my blog skin. So, I'd decided to browse skins from www.blogskin.com and settled down with this. This was actually drawn by paint. Pretty awesome. Added a music bar below under C-D SHOP. Hope it looks good to all of you. Kudos to the creator!

p.s. MARK! My skin doesn't suck anymore. =D

DXO, again.

Opps.. I went clubbing again. Well DXO was, as usual, packed with people and more people. I could still see a long long queue outside at 1.30am. In the dancefloor, there was only space for me to sway my butts. -.- , for me at least. Lots of hot ladies were dirty dancing in the dancefloor, which kinda benefitted some of my buddies. Hhahahah. No luck for me =X It got so hot inside, guys started to take off their shirts. NO! I didn't! Imagine guys and guys rubbing each other's butts like nobody's business. Pretty Gross for me. Nevertheless, it was quite enjoyable, with the music and ambience. Eyeballs rolling. Good exercise.

I wish I had a girlfriend who clubs...
I'm not a chiongster..............yet.

The man team wore formal for IAC presentation today!!!! In fact, only our team wore shirts and pants. Wahaha. A+ for content!!! woots! The tutor didn't tell us the overall though. I still think we did good. Hehehe.

Because it's open house, I see uniforms, again. All the free gifts, goodie bags. =D and pop corn too.

Wheel Power

I just realised how long I've been stagnant with my entries. Gotta refresh with this post. I just joined a club called Wheel Power. It deals with wheel chair sports and is really fun. Today's their orientation, which I went, ALONE. The turnout wasn't as bad as what I expected it to be. Solitude was my greatest kryptonite today. I walked alone, ate alone, sat down alone. Everyone came with their friends. Well, I did manage to make new friends like Hari, Joseph and Wei Jia. Seated in lecture theatre 51A, the presentation started with a video. Then various committee members came up and gave a short talk. Yes. I sat there alone. I was like the only person seated in the row of chairs. So after that we went to put our belongings in a room, where we had our games like ice breaker and drawing competition. The games session ended with a game which we had to use our mouths to transfer a cup filled with water and the team to fill up the small bucket wins. We lost, with our pants and floor wet.

After taking a group photo, we headed to the basketball court across the highway where the H.W.A people showed us their wheelchair basketball skills. Of course we got our hands on the wheel chair and had a short game with them. The feeling was awesome. I liked the feeling in a wheel chair, not that I WANT to be in a wheel chair but I liked the way the game proceeded with everyone moving in wheel chairs. Dinner up next, and yes. I ate alone.

I got back my common tests results and it was total disappointment. I'm supposed to club today!!!!!!! Then the MAEC and IAC came into my mind. F***. I WANT TO CLUB! GRRRR....

First Day

Crappy time table. Test on the first day when school reopen. I was 15minutes late for the test! All thanks to the damn bus driver who ignored me, and many others in the bus stop. GRRR. I'm gonna have to return to school for a 5-7 MAEC lecture.6hours of break. zzz. Of course I'd go home first.

Mark is so sweet. lol. He bought cookies from Austria and gave each of us one whole box. 5 euros per box AND THE COOKIES WERE DELICIOUS~!!!!! I ate them all before anyone else could have touched them =D

Fatigue overwhelming!!! I fell asleep while waiting for the printer to get those words onto the paper. I name my printer, Slowpoke.

3.15 now, I'm wondering if I should buy lunch.

2007

Neighbours with the Boh family for more than 10 years is truly amazing and rare. Being able to live and get on with life together, other than with your own family, this experience is no doubt a god-send. We are like one family, bonded with ties which the naked eye cannot see and can only be felt with the heart. We play together, laugh together, go out together and even move houses together! Where can you get such neighbours! Though without any blood ties, I have already regarded them as part of my family. There were others who no longer can spend moments like these with us, but I'm sure up there they're having their own parties, blessing and protecting us every minute.

The last night of 2006, together with neighbours and friends. Nice. Everyone got together at the 15th floor of Block 42. Woots. Chit chat, playing with the kids, just made me thought of how old I've grown. Kaila, Josiah and Valerie. Kids go crazy over toys.

Look at Valerie!! She's so dam cute!!!!!!!!!!! She often stops halfway while walking and start to do the boogie boogie.I wish I had videos aah!
