Fit or Fat

I ran 10 rounds around my park today!!! .. ALONE! Exercise!!!
Man I'm so proud :D
The willingness to wake up early.
The strength and vigour.
The stamina.
I feel good.

But it was kinda weird. Stares from the senior citizens, aunties and uncles. It would have been so much better with someone running with me.

NEVERTHELESS, I will wake up at 7 and start my training!

Give me one year. I'll grow.

Marbles

This is strange. I've been hearing marbles dropping in my ceiling for the whole day, but there's no children living upstairs, or... maybe not? I once read an online article about these sort of stuffs, like the sound of moving furnitures from above and sound of dropping marbles. It is rumoured that when contractors have the flats built, they put marbles in between floors for the 'kids' to play so they wouldn't disturb the residents. Interesting eh...

It will be remembered

Dinner with Toh yesterday was good. Being able to see her once again, it feels good. Well, she's by far the only teacher I've known who knows us teens. Together in Swensen, we sang her the loudest and most deafening birthday song. She actually told us to sing softly but without any hesitation all of us just opened our mouths and did the job.
So after dinner we were deciding on where to go. I got stumped when CS ask me for the activities we were gonna do next. I apologise for not planning their 'post-dinner' activities. My bad. Thanks to Jasper who invited everyone to his house. Gambled, Mahjong-ed. Glad I brought enough money. One by one our other friends came, joining the fun. Toh and the girls were Mahjong-ing while the other group Blackjack-ed XD I had fun. Nearing to 2a.m., I took a cab home with Edwin. The taxi driver was kind enough to give me a 10cents discount O.o It's alright, better than nothing =þ

TODAY日曜日Sunday
Met up with Yiwen and did some shopping. Watched Hannibal Rising but was kind of disappointed by the little and not-gross scenes where people got decapitated, some with the cheeks bitten off... blabla...
It'd been a pocket-burning-like-nobody's-business's day cause I spent like.. $95 for 2 tops and a pair of jeans.
1) Shirt from Groove Designs - $49.90
2) T-shirt from Pescados - $20!
3) 803 Jeans from S & K - $24.90(40% storewide!!!)

While I was browsing the Tees in Pescados, the lady asked me if I am a Taiwanese, because of my accent. Do I speak like one? Hmm... For some unknown reasons I have this urge to immigrate to Taiwan. Who knows? One day I might!

Alright. The climax of today. He wants to introduce a female friend to me. Caught unprepared, I didn't had any chance to think sensibly so the coward in me came out. Yes. Coward. That's the name of my split personailty. Coward got so tensed up he went into the washroom and... washed his face o.O I told him to face up to reality and meet her up but he didn't listen. =(
Come to speak of it, she's cute, a fact that can't be denied, and .. Oh! There's actually three personalities living inside me. Coward, Not-So-Coward and finally the one who is typing now. Not-So-Coward seldom comes out, he likes being in low profile =) Coward, on the other hand, loves the outside world and tries to appear whenever he sees a girl who he admires. So.. yea. That explains Coward's moves when he saw that girl. He's probably a little... lacking of some self-esteem. Oh well, give him some time, I've been training him =)

Rubbing my eyes ain't good.
Good night Sleep tight
Don't let the bed bugs bite.

新年你快不快乐?

New Year's Eve - Renion Dinner
Just like every other year, on the eve, everyone would eat at Grandma's place. This is the time when all the kids get together and..... create havoc. The victim? .. same old me. Every year they'll label me as the "bad guy" and try to imprison me. I like kids though, despite being manhandled by them XD
A new addition to Grandma's house this year. THE ORIGINAL PLAYSTATION CONSOLE!!! (the ancient one, which still works after a few hits) Then Mum brought the DDR dance pad and the kids... went crazy over it. stepping here and there, creating chains of earthquakes. Even the adults wanted to give it a try haha.
About the food, ok let's skip this part. It's awful =D
Meddling with their new toy
Hmm.. interesting isn't it?

Ok.Let's give it a try XD (that's my dad)
Slept at 5 that night, playing games but gave my parents the excuse of 守岁. Hahaha. Great excuse, too bad it can only be used once a year =/

1st Day of New Year - Early Bird
At the strike of 9, the door bell rang. It's Valerie!!!! That lil' cute toddler. I rushed and took a shower while Mum entertains them. She's sooo sooo adorable. Her mum(my neighbour) told us that she went shopping with her one day and found her missing. After looking around, they found her at the shoes department trying on some of the shoes. LOL!!!! A shopaholic-to-be.

pose like model.. got potential.. =D

Went to Grandma's house at 3, then followed cousins to other relatives' houses. Then visited the temple. The same old routine. Dined at some crappy "restaurant" and we headed for Marina, hoping to catch a movie but no luck for seats. Then I saw someone which totally TOTALLY resembles Caroline, from the back that is.. lols... I was like... trying to catch a glimpse of her face. No luck either. We took a walk down the promenade, with all the festive shops and random children amusement stuffs. The crowd was frightening. So many people, and it's HOT. I saw this uncle holding a plastic bag, trying to catch the golden shreddings being blown out by the God-of-Fortune super tall statue. Aunties beside held their umbrellas upside down. -.- Singaporeans. Haha..
Waited for the fireworks at the side of the expressway(I think). Pretty good layout I guess.
Notice the plastic bag hooked to the branch

2nd Day Of New Year - Welcome Cousins
One by one they came. The three musketeers had arrived! Luckily I've got a hugecollection of toys to keep them busy, if I'd have no time to rest. Rachel is another super cute child. She's able to converse fluently with the adults at the age of 3!!! Kids nowadays are getting more clever. Playing with them makes me want to have my own kids. Haa!

They love toys
Hua rui jamming

3rd Day Of New Year - Yesterday
Dined at Parkway's Sakura yesterday. Then I discovered this large crowd in front of the counter of KBOX. I want to sing too!!!! After dinner we went inside the mall and walked awhile before we made our way to Bugis for the movie at 9.45pm. Watched [Just Follow Law]. Gurmit and Fann paired off really well. It's not a VERY GOOD film, but as a Singaporean I think everyone should at least watch it once. Laugh it off.

Alright! So that's my new year... Good bye!

In The End

Okay. Exams are finally over. REJOICE~~!!!
It's been long since I've done housework, not exactly housework. Just doing some graffiti on my fan and got my hands all glossy. Tap water + Soap has no effect so I'll use thinner later.

So now, I'm thinking of how to celebrate Toh's birthday.
I wanna go Ubin cycle.
I wanna work.
I wanna take up piano lessons.
I wanna take up Japanese lessons where Mark had his.

I wanna sleep.
Fairytales ending.... do they ever happen in reality?

Cupid Weeped

Nothing special happened on this Valentine's day. Staying at home, watching TV. I managed to get the first chapter of BMGT into my head =x I got so tired halfway that I took a 2 and a 1/2 hours nap.

I was supposed to bring my cousin from Taiwan to bowling. Yeah, she came here for 2 weeks and leaving tomorrow =(
Then Dad drove us to Downtown East and we realised that the bowling alley had been closed down once we reached there. So we were like... WTH!!!
Nevermind, having a car as transportation is always convenient. So we rode our way to East Coast and there we started the game.

No photos( she's too shy )

Not too bad for Valentine's day, at least I spent it with a girl, my 11 year old cousin. Haha. Hopefully next year's V'day I'll spend it with someone else. Yeah. Fat hope. =(

Can't Walk

This is bad. I don't have the mood to mug. I feel like sleeping in the nude, suddenly.
I can't imagine how I mugged for my PSLE and 'O' levels. Yesterday was Sis's b'day. Alright. Happy Birthday to her, reluctantly =x
Good luck to everyone who's getting their results tomorrow!
and good luck to me for POA test tomorrow.

Monday, February 05, 2007

And then...

BCA final test was a breeze. Er.. not exactly actually, a few turbulence here and there. It ended well *I hope*. Time to mug for POA and MAEC.
Someone let me strike lottery! I WANT A DS LITE!!!!!!

OMG SIS JUST RECEIVED A BOUQUET OF ROSES! 40 STALKS. OMFG!?!!?!?!?!?!
OH MY... WHO THE HELL IS SO DUMB TO SEND MY SIS A BOUQUET OF ROSES.
I gotta end. I'm laughing like shyt.

Day Off

I kinda wasted these few days, just browsing through some work and daydreaming. Yesterday I met up with Michelle to get some books from Borders and Kinokuniya. Well under normal circumstances of course I wouldn't even care to take a step into these two bookstores, but the both of us have gotten some vouchers from my beloved neighbour this Christmas. The books were like.... lighters, you know those kind that burns a hole in your pocket. MASSIVE ONES.

So there we were, walking here and there, looking for some books that may interest us. I got these two reference books from the two stores. Take a look.

This book is from Borders and costs $12.60, still not too bad.

The price tag of this freakin book states a whopping $28.83!
Its not those thick ones and I took a long time before deciding if I should get this.
Oh, this is from Kino.

So, there ya go. Bababai!

GG

Any of you listen to Muttons in the Morning, 987fm? Justin and Vernon so hilarious, teasing each other, laughing at each other. This morning they were talking about what sort of superpowers you would like to have and they read out a few SMSes, which really made me burst out laughing. I was on a bus, so people beside me were looking strangely at this lunatic laughing to himself. One of the peeps who SMSed in said that he wants to have a superpower that can make him eat ten char kway tiaos at one go. LMAO. Then Vernon was like, "Hey! Justin, you already have that power!". Both of them are the funniest pair I've ever seen. GJ.

Right after the POA "lecture" I went to TheOne for a haircut. I got a free hair wash. Hahah. At some point of time the feeling was actually quite weird. You know the rubbing and stuff...Just after Jeff styled my hair, he asked me for a photo shoot, so I complied. I was quite shy for the first few shots, but it went well for the last few. At that moment I felt like..... a SUPERSTAR. Wahahhaha! Then all went back to normal as I took the bus home. T_T He did say he may be posting those photos on his webby for me to download. XD GG
