You have a ray of light, I don't know why

For some I-dno-what reasons we'd been feeling really down these days, so me and sz went down to L2 after our haircut. Sat down, ordered a jug of San Miguel, we felt like real men. rofl. Time was 6pm. Who the hell drinks beer at 6pm?! and it took four guys to finish a jug. Fermented yeast is just not my cup of tea. I can't believe how those kopitiam uncles actually finish so much of beer.

Went out for supper with Jasper and company. Gratz on the license! Second day and almost an accident due to the fact that CG was talking about girlfriends and he got distracted. We almost died. hahhahaha. Thanks for the ride home Jasper!

It's back to school and so far so good. Everything seems manageable but I'll be opting out for IAP because of what the sugar daddy said. "You have a whole life to work, should enjoy life in poly!"
Then I was thinking... working for six months as an intern. You know interns don't really get responsibilities and important tasks to do. So it'll end up as a worthless period of torment. Plus! Fixed hours everyday deprives me of time to exercise, chill out, eye candies.... And and and...! life as a normal teenager. Mmmmm. Speaking of attachment, I realized that I didn't post any photos taken during my attachment, so here goes!

and so I was thinking..

what have I actually achieved in these nineteen years of my life, apart from staying in the mainstream education ladder. All these years, I have tried different things but none worked out. My first encounter with music was in the chinese orchestra - Stayed for six years in primary school and never touched the instrument since then. Same goes to swimming, six years and it went down like Titanic. After my 'O's, I pestered Mom and she bought me a piano. Then I told myself that one day I'd become a fine pianist. I was 16. Four lessons ended the dream and I went on to guitar. Bought a $50 guitar one day(and it amounted to $100 because friend wanted to buy too but he had no money and until now he hasn't returned me the $50.), didn't even go for guitar lessons so I tried free online lessons on Youtube. Chords are what I can only play now. Then I moved on to Japanese, which up till now I'm still a beginner at. Every efforts to visit the language school for registration went down the drain due to a lot of reasons, but I guess it all boils down to my old friend, laziness.

Every night I thought to myself about my achievements in life and that made me sleep really fast. I didn't have anything in mind, that's why. Now I want to sign up for dance lessons, but no one wants to accompany me. It happened all the while and I'm starting to wonder if I'm useless, literally.

Am I born to be an average Joe, leading an average life with average turning points in my life?
Try harder, friend. You've always been alone, what's one day more?

Extra: Sometimes I wonder, you don't want to talk to me because I'm not cool enough?

hello, I'm back, drunk.

Melvin's birthday at Essential Brew @ Holland V. Friday
It felt like a wedding dinner instead of a birthday party, because people just came, wished him, gave him prezzies and went back. It's like the whole world came. Well, dinner for me was fine but seemed to suck for the rest. Beef just isn't my thing, and I'm glad. The Dory tasted way better. At the stroke of twelve, lights dimmed and up came the birthday cake. Surprise surprise for birthday boy. Everyone in the cafe sang the song and ambience was great. Man if someone did that for me, I would break into tears and give him/her bear-hugs. After that the real party started, and we played games with forfeit attached. Mama Jon looks HOT when he takes off his shirt. Gym efforts, paid off. Half way through the games, the waiter came up and told us to lower our volume because some customers below complained about the noise we made. -.- Home sweet home after releasing the balloons.

Melvin's birthday at Felicia's house. Saturday
Our jaws dropped as the gate opened. Eyes popped out after greeting the host and going in. Minds blew off when we saw the backyard, swimming pool included by the way. After steamboat dinner we started the drinking session, and poor Melvin got drunk after five minutes. I wasn't any better, puked and slept in the toilet.

WE'RE BOTH FREAKING DRUNKARDS MELVIN!

Tomb-Sweeping. Sunday
The usual stuff we do every year. Choa Chu Kang is SUPER ULU. I realized that after I studied the map. you know, the roads and everything. After the whole thing, one of my 6-11 years old cousins requested my dad to go to the farm. -,- Dad wanted to give them some fun, so we proceeded to the freaking farm. There were only like twenty animals(the most) for people to freaking SEE and feed. That's all. Then we settled at one of those outdoor restaurants for dinner. I had to walk up to the waitress and ask her to take our orders. Before that we had to wait freaking ten minutes standing, for them to arrange a table for us. Food was edible, but quantity was suuuper little. That explains why I'm eating my instant noodles now.

I always hated family gatherings, because every time we have dinner together, my dad pays for the freaking bill. He tops up petrol for the freaking family car and cleans it. Dammit.

These unrequited messages are killing me.
You raise me high up and drop me down from above,
and I've yet to feel the "thud".

I was about to head out when the rain attacked suddenly, so I was forced to stay indoors because I didn't want to bring an umbrella out. Having waited for ten minutes or so, I decided to take out the umbrella and made my way out. Well, the rain stopped the moment I reached the bus stop. Damn, a wasted effort.

Met up with Yiwen, Shiwei & Kiaheng for a barbeque dinner. I was deceived by Shiwei's petite build. Boy she can really eat! Happy Birthday YW!

Headed down to Vivo to meet up with sz and the rest before making our way to Holland V. We chilled out at a random cafe due to the fact that we're not yet 20 to enter the second floor of Wala Wala. Implicitly, we knew that they just wanted to get rid of us because there were six of us and no free seats upstairs. Well, bad service - from Singaporeans for Singaporeans. What can I say.

My love life has became so barren that I resorted to googling "Taurus 2008 love life". I used to think that these horoscope venus and jupiter thingy are bull, but now I'm left with no alternatives to anticipate my next spring after multiple attempts with the cupid bow. I always miss.

So according to these predictions, I should be able to meet someone this year.
"The most favorable time to enhance your romantic world in every possible way is from 25th January to 17th February 2008. This is the time when Venus is sitting in Capricorn and is aligning perfectly with Jupiter the planet of luck, and giving you that extra protective layer. Then from May 1st to 24th Venus moves to Taurus. By having your ruling planet in your own sign will make these months of 2008 most powerful for you. Your romantic life will be at its best during this period. Love, sex, romance, intimacy and all other pleasures are going to be yours no matter how Saturn is placed. From August 7th to 30th 2008 Venus enters into Virgo. This period is going to test your love life. If you pass, your love life and sexual life will grow much stronger and deeper and the rest of the 2008 is going to be completely blissful. Your sex life is going to be at its best from 11th November to 27th December 2008 when Mars the planet of sex is moving in your sign."

That was taken from www.lovecarnival.com/yearly-horoscopes/taurus.html by the way.
Wait. I didn't know Mars is the planet of sex. No wonder they say women are from mars. *Coughs coughs*
Every year it says the same things, and every year the same things happened. How amazing.

My sweet tooth came back. Time for some chocolate invasion!
